2 ways to make beans flour

Beans flour can be made with any variety of beans. Beans flour is a good substitute for all purpose flour because it is gluten-free. It can be used for baking and cooking. It is an excellent choice when making a meal that requires blended beans because it would make your work easier and the meal will be ready in no time.

Directions

  • The first method. Wash and peel the beans by soaking the beans in water for a few minutes, then scrub the beans with the palm of both hands until the skin comes off; separate the skin from the beans. Repeat multiple times until the skin is off the beans. Drain the beans and spread to dry. You could air-dry it or sun-dry it which usually takes about 2 - 3 days or longer.
  • Once the beans is dry, blend the beans into fine powder. You can sift and blend it multiple times until you achieve a fine texture.
  • The second method is the easiest. Blend the beans as in the previous method. Store the beans in an airtight container.
