Stir Fried Beef Steak & Yam Fries | Peruvian Lomo Saltado

This recipe is created from a Peruvian recipe. I used spices that is commonly used by Africans to create my own recipe. This food is easy to make and very palatable. Indeed, a crowd-pleasing food 

Ingredients:  

Sirloin steak  

Yam/potatoes  

3 Bell peppers  

2 Habanero pepper

  1 Red onion  

Vegetable oil 

 Tomatoes 

 2 tsp Curry powder  

1 tsp cumin 

 2 cloves garlic  

Ginger  1 tbsp 

White Vinegar  

Salt to taste
