dry rub chicken wings

Dry rub chicken wings

This chicken wing recipe is a very simple and delicious recipe that will please any taste bud. Though they are oven baked, they look more like fried chicken wings.

Directions

  • Wash the wings to remove all the tiny feathers. Drain or pat them dry.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C
  • In a bowl, add all the spices to make the dry rub.
  • Sprinkle the dry rub over the wings to coat them.
  • Layer the wings over 2 pans lined with parchment paper
  • Bake for 60 - 90 minutes, flipping them to the other side once or twice or until they look darker and most of the liquid dries up. To achieve a darker shade, turn the oven off after 90 minutes and leave them in the oven for 10 -20 minutes. Enjoy!!!


Ingredients

10 lbs/160 oz/4.53 kg chicken wings

1 tbsp curry powder

1 tbsp dried chopped onion 

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp cayenne pepper

1 tbsp ground ginger

1 tsp ground cloves

2 seasoning cubes
