Homemade Ice Cream in Ziplock bag in Minutes
Ice cream is a sweet delight that makes everyone happy. To make ice cream at home, it usually takes a long time to achieve it. But not to worry, this recipe is very quick and easy. You are going to enjoy your ice cream in just a few minutes. This ice cream is made in a bag with only three ingredients in fifteen minutes. No gadget or fridge required. And the ingredients are easily accessible
Directions
- Add the condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix to combine.
- Pour mixture into a ziplock bag (you could double bag it) and seal the bag properly.
- In another bag, pour the salt and ice, mix together. The bag acts as the freezer to freeze the mixture. The salt helps to lower the temperature of the ice which makes the ice colder.
- Put the milk bag into the salt/ice bag. Seal the bag properly. Wrap the bag with a towel or napkin and vigorously shake it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the ice cream is ready, soft serve ice cream.
- If you prefer a more solid ice cream, scoop the ice cream into a container on freeze for at least 3 hours

1 can (14 oz/ 397 ml) condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup salt (table or rock salt)
4-5 cups ice
