Mac & Cheese with Bacon

In this video, I will be showing you how I make the most delicious mac & cheese for the holidays side dish.

Ingredients 

1 lb Elbow macaroni 

8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese

 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar 

12 oz slices smoke flavored provolone 

7 oz slices Gouda cheese (American) 

5.3 oz Mild Gouda cheese (Dutch) 

1/2 cup shredded cheddar Jack cheese (Mild cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese) 2 - 3 cups thick cut Hickory smoked bacon 

3 large eggs 

1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk 

Cayenne pepper (optional) 

1 tsp nutmeg

 Salt 

3 tbsp rendered bacon fat or butter
