Carrot, Apple, Banana and Tangerine Smoothie

Mixed Fruit Smoothie | Apple | Carrot| Banana | Tangerine

Smoothie is made with a mixture of fruits that are nutritious. It is quite simple and easy to make with just few ingredients. It is a good way to start your day. Smoothies are excellent ways to consume lots of nutritious fruits that are beneficial to our health. A cup of smoothie can contain different types of vitamins and other nutrients. 

Mixed Fruit Smoothie | Apple | Carrot| Banana | Tangerine

Directions   

  • Wash and peel carrots. Cut into chunks   
  • Juice tangerines   
  • Cut apple into chunks and peel banana   
  • In a blender, add carrot, apple, banana and tangerine juice and blend till smooth. Then add some ice and blend for 2 minutes.   
  • Pour in a cup and enjoy the refreshing and filling goodness.      


Ingredients:    

2 carrots    

1 apple   

 1 banana   

 1/2 cup tangerine juice
